The DOD has a test called AMIS the only people that have to take this test are people that did not graduate traditionally. This means people that have a GED or a non traditional High school diploma. This is one of the most in your face forms of discrimination, to tell someone that they can not join because maybe something came up and had to leave traditional schooling. How can a test tell someone that they are not motivated to lay down there life for the country they love.
The sole reason for this petition is to have the test abolished. The test is a way to save the tax payer money by not letting in people that the DOD see as not fit to serve, but in the end all this does is weaken us as a nation.
