End discrimination in the workplace against people who have Bad / low / No Credit scores.

There is a very large economic issue people are facing when it comes to seeking employment. A lot of companies feel that the policy of denying someone a job based on the said persons credit history is credible and a legitimate enough reason.
This Tactic and or Policy needs to end! By having this absurd rule in place it is only holding the American people down in debt. Especially with Student Loans and Mortgages.
Much of this has ruined the American People to the point of homelessness which is all caused by denying them employment so they can pay their bills.
American needs Job to pay bills ;
American Applies for Jobs;
Jobs look at applicants credit history ?? Why ??
Credit Score is Low.. Notice person has Overdue Bills;
Applicant Needs Job to Pay those over due bills!
