End Discriminatory HOA/Rental Pet Policies- Costing the tax payer and government money in animal control and euthanasia.

Breed restriction on rescued animals should certainly be illegal. By placing bans on where certain animals are allowed to live only forces them back into the poorest neighborhoods where these rules and structures are more loosely organized. Which obviously only exacerbates the problem we're already facing, of stray dogs and animal abuse. It is nearly impossible to find an apartment or realtor that will not place some sort of 'breed restriction' or an even more illogical 'height or weight restriction' on rental properties. This is not only unfair discrimination against the animals it is unfair discrimination against owners of animals.
