The United States issues visas to families to allow them to migrate and work here under the diversity visa program. The problem is, not many immigrants them are successful, all they end up doing is taking jobs from Americans and a majority of them end up getting social welfare, siphoning off money from the government. Immigrants form gangs and trouble ensues.
