Military personnel are giving a number of weeks to travel for any purpose at the end of their careers for what was originally intended for movement of families and or job hunting back in the person's hometown. It is being widely abused by all ranks as most are not leaving their current station and most already have a governement job that some crony has created for them. Stop the millions wated on FREE vacations. They DON't deserve it!
