Ban domestic slaughter of US equines (donkeys, mules, horses) and shipping of US equines to Mexico, Canada, and other foreign countries for slaughter. Horses are pets, not livestock, in the eyes of a majority of people, and they should be humanely euthanized like dogs and cats rather than cruelly slaughtered for meat for human consumption or for feed in zoos and dog food.
