Issues with our society can be attributed to the systemic destruction of the family, via the government. This must end. Non-custodial parents shouldn't suffer financially for the bad financial decisions and excesses of custodial parents, legal systems and governments. Enacting more sensible laws ensuring fairness, makes more sense than stripping funds which doesn't find its way to providing for children's needs. Legal involvement should only be for mediation rather than penalizing. Such measures will ensure that children are provided for more effectively; an element of the family remains intact; the economy benefits; funding is better allocated elsewhere; and ultimately, the strength of this great nation is restored.
