End Draconian minimum mandatory sentences for non violent drug offenders

Please help to end absurdly harsh minimum mandatory sentences for non violent drug offenders. They only serve to break up families, overcrowd prisons, and burden taxpayers. We HAVE to change these draconian sentences bestowed upon people for making a single bad judgement call. Children are growing up parentless, and families are suffering....
