Bartenders should test all of their guests before they leave with a breathalyzer. If they are over the drinking while driving legal limit, security will have to take away their keys and call them a cab. The reason for this is, because a lot of drunk driver get into accidents after leaving the bar while intoxicated. This puts everyone on the road into a tremendous amount of danger. We should all agree to sign this petition in order to prevent these accidents from happening!
