Three American CITIZENS have been killed by the Federal Government overseas by targeted killings via drone strikes. A US Citizen is a Citizen, regardless of their associations or their actions.
According to Act III, Article II of our constitution; the jurisdiction of "...Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party" lies with the Supreme Court. The Executive branch believes it has the right to be the judge, jury, and executioner of anyone, anywhere, for essentially any reason they view as being worthy.
Later in that same Act and Article, it says that "The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury" Those who've been killed were not granted their constitutional right to a trial for their alleged crimes. This illegal behavior must end.
