If you reach a certain age, you can buy a pack cigarettes and smoke until it kills you. You can buy a bottle of vodka drink yourself into oblivion. Yet, walking out on the street and grabbing government unapproved drugs can land you in jail or worse. Its not a secret that prohibition is a failure, its a fact. If you need evidence walk into the city of Detroit and ask somebody if they've ever heard of somebody getting killed over territory while selling an ounce of Jack Daniels. How about jobs, small businesses, taxable companies that won't outsource. Legalize it and tax it like every other drug you already have thats legal.
