end drug testing as part of employment nationwide

The companies doing drug testing for pre and post employment is absurd. 90% of drug users do so in the privacy of their own home, while off of work, during off work hours and should not be denied or fired from employment due to what they do in their private lives. Denying someone the freedom to do as they please as long as there is no victim or damage to property is completely unjust. What someone does in their own home should be of no concern or business of said employers. If done on company time though, it should be strictly penalized because then they are on company time and as such represents said company, but at private residence they represent no one but themselves.
