The War on Drugs is a human rights travesty; we need to end it. This war hurts people, families, children.
We are locking up people who have only harmed themselves, and created criminals from every day people. Its a war on the poor, born from political fan fair to make politicians look like they are doing something.
Drugs only harm the people that chose to used them; the drug war is killing innocents and ending the futures of people, users, that may have been able to seek help. Our prisons are full due to bad laws not bad people.
If drugs were less criminalized they could be better controlled. People could seek help.
End the War on Drugs, end this war on Americans.
