End the drug war & decriminalize all drugs. Since the federal government has no constitutional authority to regulate human behavior which does not harm anyone other than the user of drugs, it should not be enacting & enforcing laws & regulations that violate the individual's right to choose what he or she puts into their own body. The drug war is a total failure and must not be allowed to continue destroying lives. How can a President who has consumed these same drugs even consider enforcing laws which he himself has violated, and which if he were one of the millions arrested for possessing or using would have never been elected President?
