We the people of the United States petition the President to press for a constitutional Amendment that requires all candidates for federal and state office to participate in public funding of election campaigns and other electoral rules, including, but not limited to:
1) $200 limit on donations from individual natural persons.
2) No donations from corporations, unions, PACs or "Superpacs"
3) Donations only from legal residents of the area which the candidate is campaigning to represent.
4) Media outlets accepting political advertising must offer equal time to opposing views for free.
5) Money is not "speech", as referred to in the First Amendment. (If it were, every anti-bribery law in America would be unconstitutional.)
