End election of Presidents by an Electoral College, and instead allow direct elections by popular vote.

The electoral college stemmed from the Virginia Plan, at the 1787 Constitutional Convention. The original plan was for Congress to elect the President, but was later scrapped due to risk of corruption. Direct election was proposed, but there was one issue: Southern Slavery. In the Three-Fifths compromise, it was decided that Slaves would count as three-fifths of a person when counted in a Census. Would that also mean that slaves counted as three-fifths of a vote? The Electoral college became obsolete when Slavery in the US was ended. The College is a pointless entity; a single remaining smoldering ember from the great fire of the US Civil War. The time has come to end the corrupt elections, and end the Electoral College.
