End the Electoral College. Our democracy exists in an electronic age. We need to ensure every voice counts equally.

This is a Democracy. A Republic to be sure, but since we vote our Senators directly, why not make Presidential elections counted on the popular vote only? This will ensure each and every voice counts equally. Steps are being considered to ensure one party can't do anything but win, despite a popular vote to the contrary. We need to do away with the Electoral College in an electronic age when counting votes occurs electronically and subsets of groups will not be allowed to commandeer the election process.
