Employers should have NO rights over what we do with our 401K accounts. If we need a loan, out of OUR OWN MONEY, we should be able to do so.
Employers currently have LEGAL RIGHTS to put access restrictions on our accounts, to limit loans to "Financial Hardship" (to the employers definition), or to block access totally so you have to QUIT to get your own money.
This needs to end, corporations have no right to deny me my own money, or any other AMERICAN CITIZEN.
