End employers having the ability to check the credit of potential employees.

Created by A.K. on November 13, 2012

Employers can currently check the credit history of any potential employee. If a potential employee has bad credit, judgments, liens, etc. against them, then they may be automatically disqualified for employment, thus financial discrimination. If one has bad credit, now or in previous years, then they obviously need a job. Employers should not be allowed to view or discriminate based on the financial situation of a potential employee.
