I believe that any company or business that denies employment to a man based on the length of his hair is participating in sexual discrimination. As most people know It is an unlawful employment practice to discriminate against any person because of that person's age,
race, gender, national origin, religion, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy,
marital status or sexual orientation.
