This petition seeks to address the growing problem of those that have graduated from the university system, or have alternate and comparable experience in their fields to the university system to include military experience, and the employment discrimination against those individuals that are deemed "too qualified" for a position.
If an individual meets OR EXCEEDS THE MINIMUM requirements for APTITUDE, WORK EXPERIENCE or EDUCATION for a job opening, that individual shall NOT be considered OVER QUALIFIED for a position, and the employer offering the position MUST consider their application for the position alongside other applicants, even if in comparison the discriminated person is "over qualified" by comparison.
