The United States has engaged in activities that we the petitioners find unconstitutional and unjust. We urge the current administration to consider the following.
1:Enhanced interrogation has been proven ineffective by near perpetual water boarding without any gain in intelligence in cases such as Khalid Sheikh Mohammed.
2:Many innocent people including children are forced into inhumane conditions with religious and ethnic prejudice as the only evidence.
3:The fifth, sixth and seventh amendments are intended to ensure fair legal procedures being denied to these victims.
