End excessive mandatory overtime by employers. Non union companies exploit workers rather than hiring part time help !

Non union companies in america are taking advantage of working class people.Rather than hiring part time help to pick up the slack there forcing employees under threat of disciplinary penalties to work 50, 60, even 70 hours per week . I like money as much as anyone but six months of 10 hour shifts and most Saturdays is to much. We're company property and have to get permission to see our families it has to stop. Overtime should be voluntary and employers should have part time workers to cover people who need to leave at the end of the 8 hr shift. If implemented it would create many new jobs and it would be good for families since parents could spend more time with their kids. And non union worker's would feel empowered like there a partner in the company not a slave with no voice.
