The Proposal to end, "The War On Drugs." is so our country does not continue to fail in communication, family life, Legality , death, and monies being placed in the hands of other countries who claim to be working with the United States , while the whole time benefiting from resources. This Fabricated world did not exist prior to Mr. Reagan created his best acting role in which has caused world wide thugs, killings, and playing on the ignorance of our own people. It is believed if the addiction is used to treat a person instead of the excitement of roaming, killing, bringing in innocent women, for personal goal. The Medical field controlling these drugs would stop addiction, death, gang related , if not this resolution would end a generation or they would be recovered from fabricated lives
