To relieve the suffering of farm animals, reduce the health risk to humans and reduce the environmental impact resulting from current industrial farming practices, will the President act to ensure all US food producers adhere to Certified Humane farming standards. This would allow animals to be raised in an environment that would enable them to engage in natural behaviors with sufficient space and shelter and to be fed a diet free from growth hormones and unnecessary antibiotics.
