End Fallacious and Discriminatory “Non-Resident” Classification of College Students.

Standard University policy automatically classifies all Graduate students as “Non-Resident” for ambiguous “tuition purposes” until completing an “Application for Residency”.
Such erroneous fees inflate the cost of college education in the US, misrepresent student demographics, force undue debt upon unsuspecting students, and negatively affect students attending college to work in community civil services such as teachers, law enforcement, and politicians.
As undocumented resident students are ineligible to apply for residency until attaining citizenship, the policy economically bars undocumented students of lower socio-economic status from attaining an affordable college education.
