End the federal ban on Cannabis and let states decide for themselves whether they want it in their state or not.

It's time for the Obama administration to take the topic of Cannabis seriously. There is more support from the American people now more than ever that are in favor of legalizing Cannabis. It's time to stop the billions of dollars that are wasted on keeping a plant illegal and face the truth about cannabis. That truth is that Cannabis is no more dangerous than alcohol or tobacco, and both are completely legal. According to the CDC Tobacco accounts for 1 in 5 deaths in the United States. If the argument to keep Cannabis illegal is because it is harmful to the human body than ban tobacco as well. Seeing how that's not going to happen that brings us to the realization that Cannabis needs to be legalized because it's a human right and a choice, much like the choice to smoke tobacco.
