End the Federal ban on Hemp production in the U.S. on the basis that the U.S. Constitution is printed on Hemp paper.

Created by H.I. on November 08, 2011

End the Federal Prohibiton of Industrial Hemp production in the United States of America (on the grounds that PROHIBITION of this industrial/food crop is by its very nature UNCONSTITUTIONAL). Given that the U.S. Constitution, The U.S. Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Dollar & many other founding documents of the Republic of the United States of America were all originally printed Industrial Hemp paper; the current Federal Prohibition of this industry stands in direct contradiction to the founding principles of our nation & the honorable ideals of the founders of our form of government. History, science, ecomonics and pure (nonpartisan/nonpolitical) common sense bare witness the hypocrisy in the notion of banning the use of a natural material so deeply linked to our national history.
