Crisis Pregnancy Centers misrepresent themselves as legitimate medical clinics and recent investigations have proven that the information they provide to women is medically false and misleading. CPCs outnumber real, licensed medical clinics that provide abortions by 3 to 1 in America.
CPCs have a single agenda of imposing religious beliefs on vulnerable women seeking factual medical advice and dissuading them from choosing abortion. A recent undercover report found they routinely lie about physical/ mental risks of abortion, use stalling tactics and falsehoods about “natural termination” to run out the legal abortion window, and disregard reports of abuse and health problems.
Federal participation in furthering religious dogma is the opposite of the separation of church and state.
