END the Federal Government's prohibition of Marijuana, taking it off the Scheduling of Controlled Substances completely

Our knowledge and understanding of Marijuana has drastically changed over the decades.
We know it can treat a variety of conditions, both mental and physical, and it's safer than alcohol.
We know now it can make a variety of products, from shampoo, to clothing.
We know there are thousands of people in jail for nonviolent marijuana charges.
We want to end incarceration of those that simply choose marijuana instead of a beer.
We want to be able to treat our illnesses without fear of imprisonment.
We want to weaken the cartels that cause so much violence and death.
We want to pay our taxes for this highly profitable plant, increasing revenue, and boosting the economy.
We want marijuana OFF of the federal controlled substance list.
