With the recent ending of prohibition in several states, it's time for the Executive Branch to end the federal prohibition of cannabis. This will be good for the economy by creating jobs and increasing tax revenues as demonstrated in Colorado, Oregon and Washington State and will help to bring an end to mass incarceration.
