Charles Lynch owned a City Sanctioned Medical Marijuana Facility with valid business licenses from the City of Morro Bay, CA. The Federal Government dragged Mr. Lynch into Federal Court where State Laws are irrelevant and convicted him under Federal Laws meant for Drug Cartels. Lynch has been appealing his conviction for 7 years and has Federal Public Defenders. US taxpayers are footing the cost of Prosecution and Defense in this case.
