Across the United States of America, many states have legalized the use of marijuana for one reason or another while federally; these laws are negated, made illegal by federal jurisdiction (control).
An end of Federal Prosecution, for personal use, consumption of marijuana would not only permit states to regulate this issue, it would end the needless failed “war on a plant” that has cost billions in wasted tax dollars while increasing tax revenue.
