The Federal government does infringe upon the rights of the citizens to keep and bear arms. It is time for this to stop. There is no Constitutional power granting Congress or, any other Federal agencythe ability to regulate what genre of firearm the citizens can possess. Furthermore, the Tenth Amendment reserves all powers not Constitutionally granted to Congress to the States, respectively. Please stand up and voice your opinion.
