This petition is to end the private banking system that had devalued the dollar over 95% since 1913. The "Federal" Reserve bank and the monetary policy in the United States has created the problem of inflation and economic hardship in this country for the majority of all Americans for over 100 years. Our Founding Fathers were against a privately owned banking system and knew the influence and destructive powers it would create in our society. President Andrew Jackson ended the last private banking system but in 1913 the Federal Reserve act was pushed through for those rich at the time to solidify their control on our society. They have maintained tight control over our economy and every aspect of our government since. It is time to call for the federal reserve to end.
