End the Federal Reserve and start local banks owned by every state whose interest pays for services, health, education

My petition is to end the privately own Federal Reserve. We the people have the right to have a bank owned by the state, which can print money without having to pay interest to a private entity. The interest made from the printed money should go back to the people in form of Education, Health Care, Infrastructure, Affordable Housing, Affordable Food, Free Water, Cheap Clean Energy. All of that is doable if we create bank own by the state, a bank that belongs to us, we the people. Which earns interest for the better of our country, no the better of a few greedy people. Unless we can get rid of the Federal Reserve I predict that things are just going to get worse, because there is no other way to sustain an economy that is destined to fail. In other words this slavery system must stop.
