end the "federal" reserve private central banking system

Founder Thomas Jefferson warned the young nation against establishing a central banking system. The people rejected several attempts to create a central bank, until the central bank lobby won in 1913 and created the federal reserve system. This private bank was created under the guise of adding economic stability, but has done the opposite. Since the bank's inception, this country has seen devastating depressions and recessions, and the country is now saddled with insurmountable debt and a weak currency. It is time for the government and the people to reclaim control of the nation's currency from the hands of private banks. Placing currency control back in the rightful hands of the government and the people will facilitate economic transparency and prosperity. End the Fed!
