End felony registration for all non-violent crimes, to require all states to end registration, hereby making it illegal.

The plea bargain system has created many situations where individuals, plea to higher charges because of fear. Individuals are forced to live registered in a system their entire life for non-violent, victimless crimes, in many cases. In some cases, the crime happened in another state and due to the conflicting differences of where the crime happened, where they live, where they are registered; can cause many issues. In some cases a man who committed a felony offense has expunged, sealed, or dismissed his record, may not be eligible to take himself out of a registration because the states semantically do not agree. Everyone deserves a second change and your state may be telling you they allow this when in fact they do not! Felony registration needs to come to an end in every state.
