We the American People no longer accept the financial responsibility of protecting and defending any foreign nation. We the American People understand the consequences and potential ramifications of our refusal to provide the financial burden of protecting said nations. If any nation, such as Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, or the European Union, should request the presence of the US Military on their lands, said counties or Unions, must provide the United States advanced payment for such a presence. It is hereby requested by the American People, that all US Military bases in foreign countries be closed in an effort to reduce the national debt. Any US Military base on foreign soil must be financially supported by the country in which the base exists.
