End the First Lady's "Let's Move!" program for school lunches.
Schools are being forced to comply with unreasonable federal standards regarding the content of school lunches. Allow schools to make decisions on the content of their lunches on their own, based on the needs of their students. As a result of the new standards, which do not take into consideration the nutritional needs of individual students, many are no longer eating school lunches.
The federal government has no need to centrally plan the content of students' meals, and does not know the needs of individual schools and students. Schools have the ability and right to decide what they include in their lunches.
