FORCED ARBITRATION protects corporations from facing consumer and employee complaints in a fair trial.
Corporations are forcing individuals to sign away their rights to utilize the judicial branch. In doing so, individuals (sometimes unknowingly) agree to have any disputes decided by a third-party that is selected AND paid for by the corporation. This essentially sets up corporations to be the defendant, judge, jury and hangman.
