We the people are fed up with being forced to work 6 or 7 days a week or risk being fired. We have a right to job security. We have a right to have at least 2 days off in a work week to see family or get goals accomplished. Being forced to work more then 40 hours should be made illegal. Voluntary overtime is acceptable. We the free people of America, demand to be free from cooperate fascism. Here is an idea, instead forcing employees to work more then 40 hours, why not hire more people to fill those hours needed?
End forced overtime, so we can work 40 hours a week, without fear of punishment or termination, and can live happier and more fulfilling lives on our pursuit of happiness in the land of opportunities.
