End to Foreclosure, whether by banks when fall behind mortgage or by government when fall behind property tax etc.

The destruction of society and economy is when people have no security of owning a home. Foreclosure is the most inhumane behavior that is practiced by any entity whether commercial or government.
When people fall behind mortgage, taxes etc. their property must be safe from creditors or government. Without even going thru bankruptcy.
The solution is to put a lien against the house until it is sold or transfer the payments to the end of the loan term. In the case of property tax. It should be reduced to affordable level and the rest to remain as a lien against the property for the life of owners. With this practice neither bank or government lose any income and the owner of a house have peace of mind that he will not become homeless and mostyly economy won't suffer due to glut of houses.
