End Foreign Aid To China

In 2012, the US gave 28.3 Million Dollars to China in the USAID program, the USAID program is supposed to be reserved for developing nations, while China is considered a developing nation on paper, I think the case could be made that it is not, and is intentionally keeping hundreds of millions of its people living in stark poverty to keep a "developing nation" status. China claims that the money goes toward helping the rural lower class, but I think we are all aware that it in fact is probably lining the pockets of wealthy bureaucrats. I think this money would be at a much better use helping the poor here at home or paying off US debt to China.
