End foreign interventionist policies in Syria

We the people are sick of lies and deceit from our elected leaders. It is time we make sure we do not fall into another foreign conflict with false intentions. We all remember the threat of chemical weapons used to preemptively invade Iraq, which we later discovered we were lied to. We desire an end to foreign intervention, as it has only tarnished the United States' reputation in the world. We need to avoid aiding another regional conflict in Syria. We the people petition Obama to uphold the oath he swore and protect the U.S. by not harming the way the world views us as the police force of the entire world. We the people are, "sick of arming the world and then sending troops in to destroy those arms. We have become the bullies of the world." -Bill Hicks
