The government should take over every industry and use the profits of each industry as taxes instead of taxing every American citizen. This is the best way to truly fix the economy. Government would have full control of the economy to avoid recessions like the current one. Government would have more money to spend if entire gdp went to them instead of taxes. Every American would benefit from the lack of taxation. Government would have complete control over the the unemployment rate. Government could end stock market trading to further increase profits so they could lower prices and raise wages in every industry. 99% of the country would greatly benefit from this. Lets not call it socialism, call it proper taxation.
