End the frequent use of false filings of Protection from Abuse Orders and manipulation of the legal system

End the practice and prevent further abuse of legal systems across the country, particularly with false Protection from Abuse Orders (PFAs). While there are those who truly need PFAs, legal systems are clogged with false filings for a multitude of reasons. Cases are pushed through without evidence, defendants are stripped of their constitutional rights in and out of the courtroom, and funds which could be allocated for better use, are drained. The only effective defense is hiring a lawyer, in turn, contributing to the legal industry (The Legal Industrial Complex). The cycle of allowing people to manipulate the legal system unjustly, in turn, requiring more money for the legal system to operate, hurting people on a personal level and communities on a larger level, must end.
