End Gender Discrimination and Inequality on College Campuses by Integrating Women into All Male Fraternities

Now that Congress and Mr. Obama's administration has directed the Pentagon to integrate women into "combat arms" occupations (Infantry, Armor, Special Forces, etc), it is time to address the blatant inequality faced by female students daily across America's college and university campuses: exclusion from all male fraternities (to include all male sports teams and leagues).
This sexist practice is discrimination based purely on gender and holds no merit other than to continue misogynistic male privilege.
We would like President Obama to submit legislation to congress directing any and all schools accepting federal monies to immediately halt the practice of allowing all male fraternities.
