Using corporate entities, such as Youtube, Google, Yahoo, and other online services, the United States Government has successfully blocked videos, had search results manipulated, and extracted user data that should have remained private.
This practice is used to stifle free speech and censor content the government finds inconvenient. A legal court order should be required before any company is compelled to censor content. User's data should be protected and not arbitrarily "requested".
