2. Studying Pig Poop ($1.3 million)
3. RoboSquirrel ($325,000)
4. Food Stamps for Alcohol and Junk Food ($2.5 Billion)
5. Beer Brewing in New Hampshire ($750,000)
6. Vacant/Unused government properties ($25 Billion)
7. Training Chinese prostitutes to drink more responsibly ($2.6 Million)
8. National Institutes of Health spends ($1.3 million per month) to rent a lab that it cannot use
9. Foreign Aid to Egypt ($1.5 Billion)
10. Foreign Aid to Iraq ($1.6 Billion)
11. Foreign Aid to Parkistan ($2.1 Billion)
12. Foreign Aid to Afghanistan ($2.3 Billion)
13. Mars Menu ($1 million)
14. Creating a Video Game about Prom ($500,000)
